Straightening to give fullness!
I have fine hair but get fluffiness sometimes when just blow drying. I also find that sometimes I may not have time in the morning to wash, blow dry and straighten so for this style ....
Washed the night before
slept on it (therefor more natural oil produced and less fluff)
I have layered hair so giving it a little fullness creates a soft wave.
